Welcome to the Electronic Materials and Devices Research Laboratory (EMDRL) in the School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering at The University of Western Australia (UWA) . Our laboratory is mainly dedicated to the research on semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices, ranging from material growth, to material characterization, to device design and modelling, and to device fabrication and testing.

The EMDRL is a part of Microelectronics Research Group (MRG) at UWA. We are also part of Western Australian Centre for Semiconductor Optoelectronics and Microsystems (WACSOM), which forms part of the Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF).
